Shipping policy

Most WordEffect products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production and shipping provider.

Processing and fulfillment

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for fulfillment before your order ships. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary by product, destination, shipping method, carrier availability, and fulfillment location.

For many U.S. orders, standard shipping is estimated at approximately 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Where international delivery is available, standard international shipping may take approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production, carrier, and customs delays may affect arrival times.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges depend on the products ordered, order size, destination, and available shipping method. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Multiple shipments

Items may ship separately because of different fulfillment locations or packaging requirements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.

Shipping addresses and order changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error or need to request a change, contact info@wordeffect.com as soon as possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address generally cannot be changed or rerouted.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery date, contact info@wordeffect.com with your order number so we can review the issue.

For packages believed to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

International orders and customs

Where international delivery is available, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by location and may be the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about charges for your destination.
